As you know, the City of Winchester purchased a Total Patcher machine from your company. When I was first introduced to your product I was somewhat skeptical of all the claims represented. After observing the Total Patcher in operation, under a variety of weather conditions and numerous application scenarios, I am happy to report that the facts substantiate the claims.

Your attention to detail after the sale is greatly appreciated. It is comforting to know that should any problem or need arise down the toad that you will be there as part of the solution and not part of the problem.
